“Puff count” is the manufacturer's estimate of how many times a device can be used before the e-liquid runs out. It is determined under standardized testing conditions, typically based on short, consistent puffs lasting approximately 1–2 seconds each.

In actual use, the number varies with puff duration, frequency, and whether the device is used in standard mode or “Boost mode.” For most users, a device rated for 30,000 puffs typically lasts about a month.

If your device is defective out of the box (won't charge, won't draw, leaks, etc.), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue.

We'll send a replacement at no extra cost. You do not need to return the defective unit.
